Raw-Vegan: Stuffed sweet pepper

This is a fast made, delicious filled sweet pepper recipe, that reminds everybody of minced meat..even people who are not raw-vegan

Ingredients for three people

  • 3 red sweet pepper
  • 250g hazelnuts
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 red onion
  • salt as much as you like
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 avocados
  • one teaspoon of soy sauce or yeast (just leave it away if you do not eat this)

Preparation in 2 steps

  1. Cut the sweet peppers in half and spread a thin layer of avocado in there, so it is only half an avocado left.
  2. Now mix everything that is left with a food processor (works best with a S-shaped blade) to a paste that is like minced meat from the texture and fill the sweet pepper halves with it.
  3. READY YET :-)

If you have a dehydrator you can put the filled pepper into it for some hours. People who are not raw do like that a lot, cause, just like the original, the sweet pepper gets softer and the filling a little crunchy on the top. I like the fresh version more :)

Serve a fresh, light salat to that dish and enjooooyyy
